Lloydminster Rural RCMP are requesting the public's assistance in providing information about an indecent act reported Oct. 1.
At 9:15 p.m a man was observed masturbating outside a business in Lashburn.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, between the ages of 30 and 40, dark brown hair, roughly 5'10", with an average build. A white pickup truck was seen leaving the area shortly after the incident.
