The bail hearing for a suspect accused of the murder of Mark Jonson of North Battleford took place Thursday afternoon.
David Keller, one of two suspects charged with first-degree murder in the case, had his bail application go before Queen’s Bench court in Battleford Thursday.
All evidence that was presented in court is subject to a publication ban. A decision on bail is expected in the next week. Until a decision is released, Keller remains in custody.
The co-accused, Nicolas Buck, is also still in custody. He is due to make his next appearance in North Battleford provincial court Friday morning by closed-circuit TV.
