There is a new friendly face behind the manager's desk at the Neilburg branch of the Synergy Credit Union.
Jan Trimble took over the position as of July 20. The Neilburg branch has eight employees, some full time while others work part time.
Trimble, who has been involved in the financial sector for the past 20 years with various institutions, says she is pleased to be working in Neilburg.
"It's a friendly and progressive community," she said. "I so appreciate how welcoming everyone has been." She is married with two grown children.
Raised on a farm in the Lloydminster area, Trimble is familiar with the agricultural industry and the needs of her farming clients.
"I'm looking forward to celebrating Credit Union Day on Oct. 20," stated Trimble. "We are currently finalizing our plans for that event. We welcome members to come in to the branch that day for an open house. It will be nice to meet many of our clients at that time."
