Battleford RCMP have identified one of the three suspects involved in the noted incident. Dakota Ermine, 26, of Prince Albert is being sought in connection with an armed robbery of a business on 22nd Street in Battleford Aug. 12.
He is currently wanted on charges of robbery with a fiirearm, pointing a firearm and failing to comply with a probation order, according to Battlefords RCMP.
the robbery was committed Shortly before 8 p.m, when three men entered the business, one armed with a firearm. Police say they demanded cash from an employee and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash in a red Chevrolet pickup truck with a push bar on the front bumper. The truck was muddy and dirty and may appear to be beige. No one was injured during the incident.
The perpetrators not yet identified are described as being adult First Nation men who appear to be in their 20s. One man was wearing a dark hoodie and one was wearing a white hoodie. One was also reported to have atattoo on the left side of his neck. The tattoo was described by some of the witnesses as appearing to be a Chinese symbol or writing.
