Persons refuse to leave hotel room after check out

The Battlefords RCMP received approximately 20 calls for service between 6 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 10 and 6 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 11.

The Battlefords RCMP received approximately 20 calls for service between 6 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 10 and 6 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 11.

Included in those calls were two false alarms, four false or nuisance 911 calls and six municipal bylaw or disturbance complaints.

Wednesday

11:23 a.m. - Report of persons in a hotel room refusing to leave after check out time.Two subjects located and removed without incident.

3:04 p.m. - 20-year-old man facing a charge of breach of probation resulting from failure to attend required counselling.

4:25 p.m. - Call of a disturbance at a residence on 112th Street.One of the persons reported to be fighting was already gone.No co-operation from persons on scene about circumstances of incident.

4:26 p.m. - 24-year-old man facing one count of breach of probation.

7:41 p.m. - Theft of a phone from a vehicle parked on St. Laurent Drive.

9:16 p.m. - Call of a disturbance at a residence on 99th Street.41-year-old woman arrested for assault. No charges pursued due to a lack of cooperation from witnesses.All parties involved known to each other.
