North Battleford RCMP responded to 15 calls for service between 6 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 6 and 6 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7.
Over that time the RCMP attended calls in relation to intoxicated people and other investigations including a false alarm and a 911 hang up call.
Police are seeking information into the following incidents:
Tuesday
• Report of a gas and dash from a local gas station. No description was given for the vehicle and no licence plate obtained.
• Report of a stolen wallet from a local business. Complainant was from out of town so this was reported over the phone.
• Report of property damage to a vehicle while parked in a lot on Diefenbaker Avenue overnight. Front windshield smashed and the vehicle had been rummaged through.
• Complaint of obtaining food by fraud. Two women attended a local restaurant and left without paying their $50 bill. The women left in a vehicle described as a silver SUV, licence plate is known and police will be following up.
• Report of a break and enter in progress at an address on 112th Street. Turned out to be the complainant’s intoxicated friend attempting to visit the complainant.
Wednesday
• An alarm at a local business on 100th Street at approximately 2:20 a.m., a possible break and enter. Nothing disturbed inside the building, however the door was open and footprints leading in and out of the building raise suspicion. This investigation is ongoing.
