SaskExpress has a new and exciting brand. Artistic Director Danny Balkwill, has molded this amazing organization into a modern, forward-thinking performance and training development program dedicated to
fostering the arts and the artists who inhabit it. From basic beginners to seasoned performers, all are welcome to audition!
SaskExpress is looking for a cast of talented singers and dancers to be a part of our brand new summer tour created by Mr. Balkwill. Under his tutelage, successful auditioners will embrace a wide variety of music and dance meshed together in a modern, electrifying production which will tour the province and beyond.
Our history speaks to the impact SaskExpress has had on the lives of so many Saskatchewan artists since 1980 and the new direction we are taking will continue that legacy while embracing modern sensibilities and style. Battlefords Community Players Clubhouse, located at 102 26th St. in Battleford, is hosting auditions Feb. 21.

Auditions are for vocalists and dancers of all genders and nationalities and are by appointment only.
Performers must be at least 15 years of age in order to audition. Successful auditioners will be expected to participate in rehearsals every weekend beginning in the middle of March and then tour with the group throughout the summer. The summer tour typically begins with occasional performances in June and the majority of performances in July and August. Audition packages and booking forms can be found at www.saskexpress.com.
