North Battleford RCMP responded to more than 25 calls for service/occurrences between 6 a.m. Monday, Aug. 25 and Tuesday, Aug. 26.
Among those calls were six municipal bylaw/disturbance complaints, seven traffic matters, one false/nuisance 911 call and one false alarm.
Monday
7:44 a.m. - Call of a missing person, last seen a day and a half prior. Subject was located safe by the end of the afternoon.
10:14 a.m. - Members escorted a man from an apartment on Winder Crescent, staying past eviction date. Matter dealt with without issue.
10:18 a.m. - 30-year-old man arrested and facing a charge of assault after a reported incident at a residence on Ross Crescent. Man has since been released from custody pending a first appearance in provincial court in September.
12:32 p.m. - Report of a sexual assault on 101st Street. Possible suspect identified, matter remains under investigation.
12:57 p.m. - Complaint of threats being made to subjects, possible ongoing neighbour dispute.
3:40 p.m. - Missing youth reported to detachment, was located and confirmed safe later in the evening.
4:20 p.m. - Theft of a blue BMX bike from a residence on 106th Street. Suspects identified, all parties under 12.
4:22 p.m. - Report of an assault on 110th Street, no injuries reported. No charges pursued as per wishes of complainant.
9:46 p.m. - Report of an assault on 99th Street. Complainant spoken to and does not want any charges pursued. Alleged incident minor in nature.
Tuesday
12:06 a.m. - Report of mischief to a vehicle. It was covered in mustard while parked on 107th Street.
5:52 a.m. - Theft from a business on 100th Street. Suspect fled on foot after stealing a small amount of food, investigation ongoing.
