North Battleford Fire Department is reporting a sharps pickup at the 9800 block of 21st Avenue.
Six needles were located and disposed of by NBFD around 10:04 a.m. One personnel and one apparatus (a utility truck) was on scene for just under six minutes.
The fire department is reminding people that if you should come across any needles, do not pick them up. Report the problem and location, and let the fire department dispose of the needles.
