Shyanne Martell, 23, was facing 44 new charges in provincial court in North Battleford on Wednesday, July 14.

Those include 42 mischief charges involving the slashing and destroying of tires on vehicles in North Battleford on the weekend of June 12 to 13, as well as two counts of stealing potato chips and soft drinks from the 7-Eleven store that same weekend.

Martell was released on conditions after another appearance Thursday. The Crown opposed her release.
