The North Battleford RCMP reported more than 20 calls for service between 6 a.m. Thursday, July 24 and 6 a.m. Friday, July 25.

The North Battleford RCMP reported more than 20 calls for service between 6 a.m. Thursday, July 24 and 6 a.m. Friday, July 25.

Included in those calls were two municipal bylaw or noise complaints, two complaints regarding suspicious behaviour, six traffic complaints or investigations, one false alarm and two false or nuisance 911 calls.

Thursday

11:15 a.m. - Report of a theft of a television from a residence on 102nd Street. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

1:31 p.m. - Counterfeit money reported and seized at a business on 102nd Street.

3:13 p.m. - 44-year-old man arrested and charges of failing to comply with an undertaking are pending, found intoxicated and sleeping under bridge off Territorial Drive.

3:51 p.m. - 53-year-old woman arrested for public intoxication on 104th Streetand held in custody until sober.

4:52 p.m. - 50-year-old man arrested at a residence on 103rd Street after report of intoxicated male freaking out and causing problems at residence.No charges pursued.

9:28 p.m. - Call of an assault at a residence on 97th Street.Two brothers found to have engaged in a minor physical altercation.No desire on anyone's part to cooperate with investigation.One party taken to a different residence to avoid further problems.

Friday

12:27 a.m. - Report of intoxicated woman refusing to leave a license premise. Subject located, not overly intoxicated.Found a safe ride home.

2:00 a.m. - Vehicle parked on 1100 block of 107th Street had tires slashed some time between 9:30 p.m. and 10 p.m.

3:24 a.m. - Rock thrown through a window at a residence on 108th Street.Suspect has since been identified. Investigation ongoing.
