Vehicle stolen from Saskatoon recovered

North Battleford RCMP responded to about 34 calls for service between 6 a.m. Monday, Sept. 15 and 6 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16.

North Battleford RCMP responded to about 34 calls for service between 6 a.m. Monday, Sept. 15 and 6 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16.


Among those calls were three municipal bylaw/disturbance complaints, one false alarm, three child welfare or family act complaints, six traffic investigations, three false/nuisance 911 calls, one lost/found item, three missing persons complaints and two Mental Health Act incidents.


Monday


8:05 a.m. - Complaint of a vehicle being driven into a fence at an address on 104th Street. Apparent cause is driver fatigue.


10:54 a.m. - Complaint of a break and enter into the old water plant on Russet Road. The padlock was cut and several windows broken. Occurred sometime over the weekend.


3:48 p.m. - Complaint of a female driving without a driver's licence.


4:05 p.m. - Complaint of an abandoned vehicle outside a business on 102nd Street. Investigation revealed the vehicle was stolen from the Saskatoon area. Investigation is ongoing.


4:39 p.m. - Complaint of a hit and run motor vehicle collision. Complainant's vehicle was rear ended by a truck at a local car wash. The truck fled the scene, minor damage and no injuries. Investigation is ongoing.


5:42 p.m. - Complaint of a two-vehicle collision on Scott Drive. A vehicle pulled onto Territorial Drive into the path of a second vehicle. One driver transported to hospital for treatment of injuries, the second driver was charged with driving while suspended.


Tuesday


1:29 a.m. - Complaint of a loud man and woman walking outside an address on 15th Avenue. The two were yelling at one another. Members attended and warned the two parties.


4:37 a.m. - Complaint of damage to a vehicle parked on Trudeau Street. A crash was heard and a weight used to smash a window on the vehicle. Patrols were made, no one found in the area.
