HUMBOLDT — Three major user groups of Humboldt’s ball diamonds are getting together to raise money for long-needed improvements.

At last, the new Saskatchewan Hospital North Battleford and integrated correctional facility is officially open. The ribbon was cut for the new hospital at its grand opening Friday.

HUMBOLDT — The HumboldtStrong Community Foundation has donated more than $3.3 million of the $4.2 million it has collected to date.

BRUNO — A power outage is planned for people living north of Bruno. The outage, being done for system maintenance, is planned for Saturday, March 9 between 2 pm and 4:30 pm.

ROSE VALLEY — There will be a two hour power outage for those living northwest of Rose Valley. The outage is planned on Friday, March 8 between 9 am and 11 am. It is for system maintenance.
