SUMA delegates defeat motion on staggered elections
Delegates at the Saskatchewan Urban Municipalities Convention in Saskatoon gave their approval to most of the resolutions before them Tuesday, with one exception. A motion to switch to staggered municipal elections was defeated Tuesday afternoon.
