It was a hairy noon hour at the offices of the Battlefords News-Optimist Thursday. Shortly after noon, sharp-eyed reporters noticed a furry creature running around underneath the radiators in the newsroom.

The RCMP bike patrol is back on the streets of North Battleford for another season.

RCMP are on the lookout for a suspect in response to a robbery involving an elderly woman working in her garden in North Battleford. The incident happened on the 500 block of 100th Street Tuesday at around 4:30 p.m.

Four suspects are under arrest following an early-morning home invasion in North Battleford Wednesday. The incident happened around 12:44 a.m. Police received a 911 call from a residence on the 1100 block of 108th Street.
