The Internet almost never agrees on anything, but a new app called Peeple is pretty much universally panned. It’s being touted as “Yelp for people.

Hardly anyone enjoys election time. Door knockers can be annoying; phone calls and poll questions can be difficult to answer. But that is not any reason to be rude to those trying to do their jobs. I am politically active.

Thank you very much for the very fine work your publication does. Maidstone High School appreciates every square inch of coverage that we get.

Dear Editor For the first time since I started voting more than 30 years ago, I will be marking a cross on my ballot beside an individual who is not running for the New Democratic Party.

Dear Editor Have you received your voter's information card? Can you spot the statement, "Please note that this card is not a piece of ID?” Harry Neufeld is an Elections Canada expert who recommended cards be recognized as ID.

Dear Editor As this was the first election forum that I attended, on Sept. 28, it was quite the experience for me. I appreciated hearing about the different views expressed by the party and non-party candidates.
