In the blink of an eye, Canada is, once again, at war.

Ed, my neighbour next door, has often told me the only best friend you can count on is a dog. "A dog is loyal and true," claims Ed. "A human friend is like a family member in that they will let you down sooner or later.

Every time I get groceries I am amazed at some of the cover stories on the fitness magazines. I am even more amazed that people actually believe it. There is so much misleading information out there it is hard to know what to believe.
