The Glen Ewen 4-H Club looks forward to learning about sheep this year.

GLEN EWEN - Our 4-H year got off to a start on Oct. 11.

The executive positions for this year are president Eli Bartlett, vice-president Paden Hitchens, secretary-treasurer Abigail Bartlett, general leader Myrna Babbings, project leader Pamela Bartlett, screened volunteers McKenzie Lovell and Daniel Bartlett, member district representatives Abigail Bartlett and Paden Hitchens, and adult district representatives Pamela Bartlett/Myrna Babbings. Our other members are Emery Hitchens and Aniya Douglas.

The members made a list of what they want to do in their 4-H year – tied blankets, cupcake decorating, an Estevan Bruins hockey game, swimming, skating, baking, sign making and learning about sheep. Paden Hitchens and Abigail Bartlett will attend Ag-Ex at the end of October to show sheep.
We will host district curling with the Glen Ewen Trailblazers.

Emery and Paden Hitchen's Birthdays were celebrated.

During Myrna's time, she talked about record books and using erasable pens, neatness, voting and giving back in 4-H. During Pamela's time, she talked about projects the members can make for their sheep and Ag-Ex.

Our next meeting is set for November and when the meeting is over we will make our tied blankets to donate to the Expressway Family Centre for its Twisted Tree Auction. It's going to be a fun year.
