Council candidate Dick Michel has a visit with Dave Kerr and his wife during the intermission of the all-candidates forum held Thursday evening at McKenna Hall. One of the two mayoral candidates and all eight council candidates were on hand to take part in the forum, with Weyburn's civic election set for Wednesday, Oct. 24.
