City crews work on removing the two dikes on Government Road, and replacing the guard rails back onto the Government Road bridge on Monday afternoon. Water levels of the Souris River through the City of Weyburn had decreased enough that the dikes could be removed earlier than expected. City crews will continue to monitor the water levels, especially as both the Rafferty and Alameda reservoirs were at overfull levels as of Friday.Review photo 4059 - Sabrina Kraft
