The Weyburn Group Home Society will be hosting a 'Haunted House' on October 30 and 31. Volunteers have been busy scaring up a space for younger children to take part in Halloween festivities and crafts from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. on both Tuesday and Wednesday. The older children can go and be spooked in the haunted house from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. each night. The screamingly good fun is happening at 106 Railway Avenue.

Cauldrons full of candy have been donated by local businesses and there will be refreshments available. This is a fundraising event for the WGHS and the entry fee will be on a donation basis. Be sure to take your little ghosts and ghouls to the scariest place in town, just in time for Halloween. Event sponsors include Torrent Energy Services, United Centrifuge, Weyburn Co-Op, New Age Electronics, Canadian Tire, The Real Canadian Wholesale Club, Crescent Point Energy, PetroBakken and Peavey Mart.
