Local artists' works at Signal Hill Art Gallery

Fourteen local emerging and aspiring professional artists are showing 60 artworks in an 'open' (curator-free) exhibition, entitled, 'Art Reach.' Artists participating in the exhibition have selected their own works for presentation.

A professional art adjudicator's critique will also provide valuable development opportunities for their full potential in their areas of expertise.

From acrylics to pencil to oils to photography and metal work, the seconf floor Art Gallery at Signal Hill is an inspiring showing of objects and personalities.

Visit the Signal Hill Art Gallery before April 26 to view these featured works by Bev Sobush-Melby, Barry Lautner, Gary Cooney, Erin Sidloski, Shelly Babiarz, Rita Lutala, Tara Keating-Jaap, Lyn Johnson, Doris Anderson, Trey Lansdell, Janice Mang, Donn Morton, Jaren Bell and Shelley Van de Sype.

A public reception, which is an opportunity to meet the artists, celebrate the local talent and discuss the works with the adjudicator, will be held at the Signal Hill Arts Centre on April 27 at 7:00 p.m.
