After having the summer off, the Weyburn Branch of the Saskatchewan Genealogical Society will hold their regular meeting at the Weyburn Public Library on Tuesday, September 20 at 6:30 p.m. Anyone who is interested in family tree research, whether a beginner or experienced, is invited to attend. The meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month.
President Ilene Johnston will share some information on different medias available to store family tree research, documents and pictures. Different topics and seminars that the members would like to see will be discussed for the upcoming year. The group also plans discussion and organization regarding the Branch display at the Culture Days to be held at the Weyburn Legion on September 30.
