Weyburn Concert Series along with the Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils is proud to present the Swing'n Soul singers in concert. They will be performing at the Weyburn Comprehensive Cafetorium on Sunday, May 6 at 3:00 p.m. This will be the final concert in the 2011/2012 series.
The Swing'n Soul Singers were formed by Tom Magnuson in 1999. Tom loved southern gospel music and with no choirs like it in Regina, he created The Swing'n Soul Singers. Gospel music has had a huge surge in popularity in the past ten years. The many wonderful gospel arrangements of old standards as well as new songs make the style appealing to all audiences.
Tickets for this concert can be purchased at Superior Office Products or at the door. As well Concert Series Memberships for the 2012/2013 season will be available at the Early Bird price.
