Simple...with a Twist will be presenting a free event to the public at the van der Breggen farm on November 17 from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. 'Convergence' will be an open house and studio visit featuring local artists and artisans.

Artists Heather van der Breggen and Rickee-Lee Webster will have paintings on display from the 'Still...' exhibit. The mother daughter duo will also host Photographer Kim Schneider, Jewelry designer Shelley Lueck, Photographer Tina Hudson, Furniture Artist Peter Tucker, Chocolate Artisan Marna McManus, Potter Terry Cruerer, Tea Artisan Sasha Richard, Metalwork Artist Jennifer Mang, Sculptor Max Himsl, Fabric Artist Janie Himsl and Photographer John Woodard, who will also have items available for purchase during the event.

Just in time for Christmas shopping, without the hustle bustle, one can find an original gift, made by a local artisan, for each person on their list.

The van der Breggen Farm is located five minutes (two miles) South of Weyburn on Highway #35.

Turn right on TWP 080, take a left turn at the 'Y' in the road by the white barn and head toward the white farm house at end of lane.

Admission is free and there is no obligation to buy. Attend for the experience and for the culture, but stay for the warmth and laughter and support local artists and artisans.
