The Weyburn Independent Riders motorcycle club will be hosting a number of charitable events in September.

During August, the Weyburn Duplicate Bridge Club met only on Monday evenings, but regular play on Monday and Wednesday evenings will resume in September at the Wheatland Senior Centre at 7:00 p.m.

Taylor Cameron jumps into the deep end of the outdoor pool at the Weyburn Leisure Centre, during a free swim sponsored by the City of Weyburn on Wednesday.

The Weyburn Horticultural Society hosted a provincial horticultural show during the Wheat Festival on August 10. The show was only held for one day, since many people travelled across the province to attend the event, which was held at Knox Hall.
