New Weyburn resident wins $23,379

A new local man is looking to spend his recent winnings. Devin Lamming won $23,379 on his lottery POOLS ticket, just after moving to Saskatchewan. The former Sault St. Marie, Ontario resident recently moved to Weyburn for work.
