An aerial photo of Government Road and Highway 39 shows the amount of flooding that caused problems for several businesses and residents in Weyburn. Heavy rainfalls were received in the area on Friday, which added to moisture already in the ground and more difficulties were created when an electrical failure occurred at the water treatment plant.
