Winter is Here! Please remember to dress kids for the cold weather! They need to get outside for fresh air each day, and they must wear toques and mitts on cold days. Please send them with all the winter clothing they will need! If you have any extra toques or mitts you would be able to donate to the school, they would be greatly appreciated!

Curling has begun again for the grade 5s and 6s! Curling days are Monday and Wednesday after school, until 5:00pm. The curlers need clean shoes to wear on the ice surface. Brooms and sliders are providers by the curling club. If you have any questions about curling, just call the school (453-2393) or talk with the coaches, Miss Stephanson and Mrs. Bloomfield.

The SRC has planned another dress up day for the kids! Thursday, December 20th will be Pyjama Day! Students are welcome to wear their favorite pyjamas to school that day.

Family Christmas Celebration is on Thursday, December 20th at Carlyle Elementary Community School from 6:30 - 7:30. Come join the staff at CES for family cheer and holiday fun. There will be crafts, dancing, and lots of family fun for everyone. Enter through the gym doors.
