"We are expanding . . . again!" commented Mitchell, "In order to serve our ever growing clientele, construction is underway at Carlyle R.V. & Leisure to add approximately another 2,000 square feet of service area. This added space will be used as wash bays, for R.V. hail damage repairs, and general maintenance. This brings the dealership building to over 11,000 square feet, which includes showroom, parts room, and service area.
Owners of the business, Ron Mitchell and Kelly Dew, have even more exciting news for the customers of Carlyle R.V. Their current location is set on 3.2 acres of land, and the company has now purchased another 3.2 acres of land, adjoining their current property. With a total of 6.4 acres of property now, the possibilities are limitless.
"We currently stock over 100 new R.V.'s going into the selling season as well as the pre-owned units, and 20 to 30 enclosed trailers and some flat deck trailers. With this additional property we will look at stocking even more units," commented Mitchell on the exciting development.
Established in 1993, the business has seen numerous growths due to the booming economy of southeast Saskatchewan and southwest Manitoba
Originally, Carlyle R.V. & Leisure Ltd. was constructed on a smaller portion of property with a building of approximately 5,000 square feet, further north from their current location. After out growing that location a larger portion of property was purchased and a new 7,200 square foot building was constructed in 2003. A short time after that another 2,000 square feet was added to that building for cold storage. Mitchell and Dew are now excited to continue with expansions and bring more to the successful and ever-growing business, Carlyle R.V. & Leisure Ltd.
