The Weyburn Chamber of Commerce has finalized plans for its All Candidates Forum for the upcoming Provincial Election.
"As is tradition, the Chamber will once again be hosting an All Candidates Forum so that the taxpayers of Saskatchewan have an opportunity to come out and meet the Candidates who wish to represent us at the Saskatchewan Legislature," said Chamber Manager Jeff Richards.
"We changed the format a little bit at the last forum, and we've done more fine tuning," said Richards. "This time we will once again be soliciting questions from our Members and from the community at large, but we will also be offering an open microphone session."
The Chamber will once again have a panel present to ask follow-up questions of the Candidates if they feel there is need for more clarity or information. Questions can be submitted to the Chamber via phone, email, fax or in person at the Chamber office. The open microphone session will happen after a break mid-way through the evening.
The forum will take place on Thursday, October 27 at 7:00 p.m. in the Weyburn Comprehensive School Cafetorium.
