The Weyburn Chamber of Commerce has announced a new retail experience for Weyburn and the surrounding region.

The Weyburn Chamber of Commerce Retail Expo and Sale will be held at the Weyburn Curling Club from September 20 to 22. The three-day event will be free to the public and will provide a platform for a true variety of retail bounty - all Weyburn retailers, all in one room.

"I formally announced this concept at the President's Dinner in March, and now we're proudly announcing the Weyburn Chamber of Commerce Retail Expo and Sale," noted Chamber

President Jeff Chessall. "We know that Weyburn's retail community is behind this concept and we're ready to show off what we have."

Not only will the event provide one-stop shopping for community members and the surrounding area, the purpose of the event is to create a venue for a satisfying selling experience.

"This is not a show - this is a SALE," added Chessall. "Our retailers will be there with product and we expect everyone to find great deals and great times."

Chamber members will have the option of advance booking a booth at a special price of $250, with booths opening up to non-member businesses after June 30. All booths after June 30 Chamber for members and for non-members are $450.

"The Chamber is pretty sure this is something that everyone is going to love," said Chamber

Manager Jeff Richards. "The plans for this event are unlike anything we've ever done, and quite frankly, we're not aware of another event like it in the area, so we strongly suggest marking your calendars now, because you'll be disappointed if you miss this."
