RCMP has charged 44-year-old Regina resident Keith Dunford in relation to a fatal collision that occurred on August 24 near Midale. Dunford faces charges under the criminal code for Criminal Negligence causing death and Dangerous Operation of a motor vehicle causing death.
Dunford was scheduled to make his first court appearance on October 23rd at Weyburn Provincial Court.
