It is believed these missing cats could be attributed to a coyote's nocturnal activity after one was observed near the outskirts of the city limits. Coyotes typically try to avoid human interaction and are not considered a threat to the people living in the area. But, as they are wild animals if you spot a coyote please contact either the Weyburn Police Service or the local SERM office.
