Police attended a local business regarding damage done to the building on Saturday. Culprit(s) threw a piece of cement through a window. Police are investigating the mischief.

Police arrested two males who were fighting outside of the Weyburn Court House on Apr. 22. A 20-year-old male was lodged in cells and charged with being drunk in public. The second individual, a 19-year-old male, was taken home.
Police attended to a business on Thursday regarding a two-vehicle accident. A car that was merging onto the highway was clipped by a semi tractor/trailer unit as it proceeded west on the highway. No one was injured in the accident and both individuals were advised to report the accident to their respective insurance company.
Police received a request to have a 46-year-old female committed to the Weyburn Mental Health facility on Apr. 21. An officer attended a residence and spoke to the female, and it was determined that there had been a family dispute. No further action was required.
Police received information on Apr. 21 that a 31-year-old male may be in breach of a condition on his Emergency Intervention Order. The male was located and arrested for breaching his order. He was held for court the following day.
City police received a complaint of a semi tractor/trailer unit weaving in and out of traffic on the highway heading towards Weyburn on Apr. 21. Officers located the vehicle and spoke to the driver; he was found to be sober and was cautioned about his driving actions.
Police interviewed a mother and child regarding possible physical abuse by the father on Apr. 21. Statements were taken and forwarded to a police service in another province where the alleged abuse had taken place.
Police responded to a local hotel regarding drunken males in the hotel on Apr. 22. Officers located an intoxicated 32-year-old male who had gone to the wrong establishment. A cab was called and he was taken to the correct hotel.
Police received a driving complaint relating to a vehicle on the highway heading towards Weyburn on Apr. 22. The caller stated that the vehicle was all over the road. An officer located the vehicle and the driver stated that the windy conditions were causing his trailer to sway.
An officer mediated a dispute on Apr. 23 between a 20-year-old male and a 19-year-old female who had terminated their relationship. They were advised to have no further contact with each other and to call the police if an officer was needed to keep the peace when property was picked up.
Police received a complaint from a 32-year-old female about her neighbour, a 62-year-old male, on Apr. 23. The male was spoken to and advised to have no further contact with the female or her family.
Police responded to a local school regarding a driving complaint on Thursday. A 17-year-old male was charged for stunting in the parking lot.
Police responded to a disturbance at an apartment building on Friday. Two individuals who were living together had a dispute and a 19-year-old male decided to move out. Officers remained at the apartment while the male removed his belongings.
RCMP officers arrested and charged a male for driving while over .08 on Friday. All of the individuals from his vehicle were incapable of driving.
Following the male's release they returned to their vehicle and drove away.
A Weyburn Police Service officer stopped the vehicle. A 24-year-old female was read the alcotest demand; she provided a sample and was subsequently issued a 24-hour suspension.
Police responded to a noisy party on Friday. A 25-year-old female was warned about the noise and she turned her stereo off.
A 29-year-old female gave a statement to police regarding an assault on her by her boyfriend on Saturday. Police are investigating the incident.
On Sunday, police responded to a fight at a local bar. There was a fight in the bar; however, due to the large number of patrons police were unable to see who had fought. A 26-year-old male was taken to the hospital and needed stitches. A 21 and 22-year-old who appeared to have been involved were removed. No charges were laid in the incident.
Police responded to a noisy party on Sunday. A 48-year-old female turned the stereo off and was warned about the noise.
