The organizers of Weyburn's Culture Days are looking for individuals and groups to perform on the two main days of the event, Saturday, Sept. 29, and Sunday, Sept. 30.

Culture Days will be co-hosted by the Sun Country Kids Club, the Weyburn Arts Council, Signal Hill Arts Centre and the City of Weyburn, with all activities at the Curling Rink.

Organizers are hoping to offer a variety of performances of both music and dance, as well as a culture fashion show to celebrate Saskatchewan's multicultural diversity.

Anyone who would be interested in performing should e-mail to suncountrykidsclub9@gmail.com.

There will also be a flea market both days, with items for sale or for just display. The tables may include art work, crafts, jewelry, antiques or any other items representing a person's cultural background. There is no charge to put in a table, and all proceeds from sales will be for the individuals selling the products, including any art sold at the event.
Food may be sold at the tables, but it must be frozen and prepackaged.

Door will open for Culture Days at 10 a.m. on Sept. 29, with the flea market open and performances beginning; the event will run until 6 p.m.

On Sunday, there will be a multi-faith church service starting at 10 a.m., followed by a pancake breakfast, and performances will follow.

There will be a culture fashion show at 1 p.m., and performances will continue after the fashion show, going until 5 p.m. The flea market will again be open throughout the day.
