It's back by popular demand: Weyburn Wor-Kin Shop Corp. is once again partnering with Dinner's Maid (dinnersmaid.com) on a fundraising initiative.

Dinner's Maid prepares homemade, nutritious meals in a local, public health approved kitchen which feed a family of four to six people for only $30. They come to you frozen, not pre-cooked. All you have to do is thaw and cook and the instructions are attached. There are six delicious options to choose from, including Sweet Asian Chicken Thighs, Mediterranean Pork Tenderloin and Maple Glazed Salmon.

"These meals are absolutely perfect for busy parents running kids to activities, university students and those who just never know what to make," explained Andria Brady, Executive Director of Wor-Kin Shop. "We had such great feedback from our last Dinner's Maid venture we decided to bring this back again with a new, delicious and nutritious menu. Profits from this fundraiser will of course go towards our new Day Program Building fund and our goal to raise $500,000."

Until March 23 you can pre-purchase your meals from any board or staff member, or by calling Wor-Kin at 842-3411. Thank you for your support of people with intellectual disabilities in Weyburn and area as we work towards providing a safe, accessible building for all citizens.
