The gloves come off and the aprons are tied on for an hour as UFC Striking Coach Ron Frazier, UFC fighter Mitch Clarke, and MMA fighter Charmaine Tweet join Access Communications' Laura Morrisette and Weyburn This Week's Tanya Brown in a cake decorating contest for Icing Smiles.
The cakes will be decorated at the Festival of Leaves Craft and Trade Show and Sale from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Should time permit, Frazier, Clarke and Tweet will be available for a short meet and greet session.
Icing Smiles is a nonprofit charity that provides custom celebration cakes and other treats to families impacted by the critical illness of a child. Their goal is to create a custom cake for the ill child, or their sibling, that provides a temporary escape from worry and creates a positive memory during a difficult time.
The cakes will be auctioned in a silent auction at Prestige Fight Club of Regina's MMA "Fall Out" event.
