Duncan to run in 2011 election

Weyburn-Big Muddy MLA Dustin Duncan has announced his plans to run as the Saskatchewan Party candidate for the 2011 provincial election. With no other Saskatchewan Party candidates coming forward in this constituency, Duncan has been acclaimed.

With no other Saskatchewan Party candidates coming forward in this constituency, Duncan has been acclaimed.

Duncan was first elected into office in the 2006 bi-election. He currently serves as Environment Minister and Minister Responsible for SaskWater and SaskEnergy. The official announcement of Duncan's nomination will be made on July 28 during a reception at 7 p.m. at Captain's Hall.

To date, the Sask Party has nominated 27 candidates for the November 2011 provincial election.
