Update: weather warnings lifted

Weather watches have come to an end.

SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN - The last of the weather watches for southern Saskatchewan have been lifted.

The Carlyle and Moosomin areas were the last to have watches come to an end.

Severe thunderstorm watches are issued when atmospheric conditions are favourable for the development of thunderstorms that could produce one or more of large hail, damaging winds or torrential rainfall.

Estevan, Weyburn, Regina, Moose Jaw and Assiniboia also had advisories, but they have since been removed.
