EYES Camp comes to Comp

The University of Regina is holding an Educating Youths in Engineering and Science (EYES) Camp at the Weyburn Comprehensive School from Monday, July 18 to Friday, July 22. The camp is put on by the science and engineering faculties at the University.

The University of Regina is holding an Educating Youths in Engineering and Science (EYES) Camp at the Weyburn Comprehensive School from Monday, July 18 to Friday, July 22. The camp is put on by the science and engineering faculties at the University.

The camp includes theme days such as "all about animals," which includes a dissection, "pressurized fun," "defy gravity" and "stretchy science." Friday will be a fun day of testing what participants have learned during the week and a pizza lunch.

The camp is for youths going into Grades 4 to 9 and is from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, with a cost of $185 for the week. All materials needed plus a t-shirt is included in the cost.
