Work crews use a power shovel and a large vacuum truck to try and get down to the large watermain break on Fifth Street on Saturday; this break was followed by at least two others, including one on Railway Avenue, and caused the city to ask city residents to conserve water. The request to conserve water was lifted on Sunday, as the city felt they had a good handle on the breaks, although one had still not been found as of Sunday.
