The Senior Badminton team had a great season with one team making it past sub-districts in Stoughton, to districts in Oxbow. This was the Girls' Doubles Team consisting of Vanessa Bendtsen and Renae Fafard. After some great battles, they came up short and unfortunately their season ended there. Overall they had a great season. Mr. Corrigan would like to thank all the players for the exceptional badminton and the dedication. The other teams consisted of Boys' Doubles, Blaize Meyer and Devon Fafard; Girls' Doubles, Brook Zacharias and Kacey Valentine; Mixed Doubles, Brody Slykhuis and Nikita Meyer; and Girls' Singles Makayla Brems.

The Rookie Badminton Team will compete in the Sub-Districts in Manor on May 1, while the juniors compete in Carlyle. The District Playoffs are Saturday, May 5.

Track practices continue on Wednesdays after school as well as Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

The Student Council continues to sell muffins and donuts ($1 each) during the first break of each day.

Pink Day will be held after this submission goes in, so a description of the day's activities will be in next week's Cougar Corner.

It was great to have so many parents and students come out for Student-Led-3-Way Conferences last week.
