A pair of men in custody were dealt with in Estevan provincial court on Jan. 13.

Wade Steven Wilson appeared in court following an arrest and charges of robbery, possession of a break-in instrument and possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose. A show-cause hearing began the week before and continued on Monday.

Presiding Judge Karl Bazin released Wilson on non-cash bail with a number of conditions, including requiring Wilson to remain in his residence unless he has approval to be at large by the bail supervision officer.

Wilson will also be the subject of electronic monitoring, must provide breath samples when requested and allow a search of his residence with no restrictions.

Wilson will next appear in court on Feb. 10.

Also appearing in court Monday was Bobby Jo Dickau, who appeared in police custody.

Dickau is facing a charge of aggravated assault, and consented to being remanded. Dickau will be returned to Estevan provincial court on Feb. 10.

In other court proceedings, Rodney Beatty's matters involving charges of fraud and theft were adjourned again. The matter has been set for Beatty to enter a plea a number of times previously.

His lawyer, Joelle Graham, adjourned the matter to Feb. 10 and suggested at that time there may be a request to have the charges waived out of the Estevan jurisdiction to enter a plea.
