Mischief at Nickle Lake

Weyburn RCMP Detachment received a complaint from staff at the Nickle Lake Regional Park on March 15, advising that sometime over the past month, the mini golf shack had been broken into by forcing the entry door open.

Weyburn RCMP Detachment received a complaint from staff at the Nickle Lake Regional Park on March 15, advising that sometime over the past month, the mini golf shack had been broken into by forcing the entry door open. Damage was caused to the entry door and frame as well as the door leading into the mini golf course. The culprit(s) then removed a gallon can of green paint from inside and proceeded to throw the paint against the door, wall, floor of the shack and outside on the ground leaving a mess behind for park staff to have to repair and clean up.

The RCMP is seeking the public's assistance for any information leading to the identification of the person or persons responsible for this crime.
