Moose Mountain Pottery to host musical concert and kiln opening

Artistic flair is a wonderful thing, and one that the Moose Mountain region seems blessed with. Music, art, and literature all have practitioners in the area, many of whom have received accolades for the quality of their work.

Artistic flair is a wonderful thing, and one that the Moose Mountain region seems blessed with.

Music, art, and literature all have practitioners in the area, many of whom have received accolades for the quality of their work.

A business that offers some fine selections of artistic goods is Moose Mountain Pottery.

In celebration of the pottery businesses newest kiln opening, a musical concert is going to be held to compliment the event.

The concert will feature performers Rodney Brown, Kim Beggs, as well as Forget resident Ken Hamm.

A night of folk and roots music, the entire event is set for Saturday, Nov. 6 at 7:30 p.m.

"We are really looking forward to putting on a great show," Hamm said. "Combined with the kiln opening, I think the whole thing should be a real fun time for anyone who comes out."

Tickets for the event will be available at the door, or in advance for $20.

Tickets will be available through Village Music in Forget, as well as at Moose Mountain Pottery.
