*On October 9, police found an impaired driver when a vehicle was checked travelling very slowly. The man was charged.

*A motor vehicle accident was attended to at the intersection of Highway 39 and Third Street. Three vehicles were involved with one of them being rolled over. Three vehicle occupants were treated at the hospital and later released.

*A bathroom in the Royal Hotel was damaged. The matter is still being investigated.

*A group of youths were found smoking marijuana in a local park after being reported by a local resident.

*On October 8, a woman received a call from a computer repair company calling themselves Megabyte Solutions. They were requesting permission to fix her computer. She didn't allow them access or provide them with any personal information.

*Police attended a domestic dispute involving mischief to property as well as personal injuries.

*A disturbance inside the Royal Hotel was attended to when a disagreement erupted between patrons.

*On October 7, police were called to attend to a disturbance outside the King George Hotel.

*Police were called to resolve a child custody dispute.

*On October 6, police attended a motor vehicle accident involving three vehicles at the junction of Highway 39 and Third Street. One driver was charged for disobeying a red light.

*On October 5, police attended to a complaint of employee theft from a local business. A woman was charged for theft under $5,000.

*A large quantity of pop and beer cans were stolen from a residence. Two young offenders were later found to be responsible.

*Police attended to a complaint of several ATVs driving erratically behind Montgomery Crescent.

*Police investigated a complaint of a man Uttering Threats to members of Weyburn Police Service and other city officials. Two charges were laid against the man.

*On October 4, a residence located in the 700 block of Fifth Street was vandalized by paint graffiti. The matter is still under investigation.

*A man was charged for Breaching his release conditions.

*A complaint was investigated for a vehicle disobeying school bus stop arms.

*On October 3, police investigated a complaint of a woman using her cell phone to harass two other people. She called several times. The matter was resolved without charges.

*Police investigated a complaint of tires being slashed while the victim was at her workplace. The matter is still under investigation.
