Dallas Lequyer found it difficult to explain exactly what would be available in his new Redline Autoparts and Industrial Supplies store, opening soon.

“It will be very diverse, and we will be offering all the automotive and oilfield supplies (and other things) that people have to order or pick up from out of town.”

After a two-month renovation project and now waiting on a few last minute things that are delayed with COVID, the business is expected to be open this month.

The Lequyers have roots in Arcola, have lived in Alberta, and have been back in the area for just over seven years. Dallas has worked at Canadian Energy Services and most recently Element Technical Services while his wife, Colleen Getten, has been working at Regal Autobody, where she does marketing and merchandising predominantly.

Dallas, Colleen and their two young children consider this area home.

Shopping local has always been a good practice, and in light of current economics and world situation, more appreciated than ever before. It is encouraging as a community grows in the products and services it offers for the local residents and communities close by.

Check out coming Observers for a peek inside this new business opening soon and take the time to go in and congratulate Dallas and the staff.
