Due to the extreme wind-chill warnings on December 5 the Weyburn Chamber of Commerce was forced to cancel the Parade of Lights.
With the weather conditions continuing to look non-cooperative in the immediate future, the Chamber has decided not to hold a Parade of Lights this year.
"We would like to thank everyone who intended to participate for your efforts and we guarantee that the Parade will return bigger and better next year," said Chamber manager Jeff Richards.
