During the reporting period, police received 82 calls for service.

*On May 6, police responded to a complaint of two male subjects breaking into a residence in the south hill area. Firearms were involved. The victim was able to notify the police that the subjects were still in the residence. Police responded and arrested the two suspects. A 39-year-old male from Estevan area and a 31-year-old male from the Fillmore area were taken into custody without incident and are facing a number of serious charges including weapons offences. They are being held pending court.

*On May 2, police were called to a fight in progress outside a local pub. Upon arrival, they found one of the combatants to be highly intoxicated. A 24-year-old male was arrested for drunk in public. As a result of his arrest, a small amount of cocaine was found in his possession.

*Police responded to a domestic dispute involving a 31-year-old male and a 24-year-old female. The matter was resolved without need for further police involvement.

*On May 1, police began investigating a theft of property from a motor vehicle.

*Police called to a report of a vehicle collision involving some towed over-wide farm machinery and another vehicle.

*On April 30, police responded to a report of a two-vehicle traffic collision on Warren Avenue at Sixteenth Street. There were no injuries. A 38-year-old female was issued a ticket for leaving the stop sign before it was safe to do so.

*Police responded to a domestic dispute between a 47-year-old female and a 43-year-old male. The matter was mediated without need for further police involvement. Alcohol was a contributing factor.
